All sales final · Last updated: 25 October 2026
Every order is a one-off purchase of a digital report produced specifically for the buyer. Once the dossier has been delivered, the sale is final. We do not offer discretionary refunds or money-back guarantees. The dossier is a professional research product, sold business to business, and the price is set for that market.
Read the sample dossier and the scope on the product page. If it is unclear whether your routes fall inside the product, write to us before ordering: we confirm the scope in writing first. We would rather answer a question than take an order we cannot serve.
Delivery is automated and normally reaches your inbox within minutes of payment. If the dossier does not arrive, write to us: we re-send it and complete delivery within 24 hours of payment. If delivery cannot be completed at all, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is returned — no performance, no charge.
A non-delivery claim must be substantiated. Tell us the address you used, and if your provider rejected the message, send us its rejection notice. Our delivery record shows the receiving server's acceptance, the time of sending, the message identifier and the PDF hash, and we send you that record together with the dossier. A statement that the dossier was “not received”, or that it was deleted, does not by itself establish non-delivery.
If the delivered PDF is unreadable, its signature does not verify, or its scope does not match the scope we confirmed, we re-issue it at no charge. Re-issue is the remedy; a refund is not available for a defect we have corrected.
A defect claim must be substantiated. Send us what fails: the output of
gpg --verify, the unreadable file, or the pages that do not match the confirmed scope. “It did not
open for me”, without evidence, is not a defect we can act on.
Where the customer is a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost (Government Decree 45/2014 (IX. 25.) § 29). Mandatory statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected.
If you believe a charge is wrong, write to us before contacting your card issuer. We hold the delivery record — the message identifier, the signed PDF and its hash — and we can show it to you the same day.
